These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Share Quote (the "App").
Share Quote is developed and operated by an independent individual developer ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing or using Share Quote, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are under 18, you may use Share Quote only with the permission and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian where required by applicable law.
Share Quote provides:
Features, content, categories and functionality may change over time.
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use Share Quote for its intended purposes on devices that you own or control.
You may browse quotes, create posters using the available tools, save content, download permitted content and share content using the App's supported features.
This permission does not give you ownership of Share Quote's software, technology, branding, artwork, templates, databases or other proprietary materials.
Share Quote does not currently require traditional registration.
There is no username, password or personal email address required to use the App.
When you first use Share Quote, the App creates a pseudonymous guest record associated with an installation/device identifier.
Your preferences, likes, saved quotes, collections and related activity may be associated with that identifier.
Because this guest data is associated with your installation rather than a traditional login account, it may not follow you to a new device.
If you uninstall the App, clear its data or otherwise lose access to the relevant installation, we may not be able to restore your previous guest data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device on which Share Quote is installed.
You can delete your Share Quote data at any time from:

Share Quote allows you to customize posters and create images using the features provided by the App.
You remain responsible for any personal information, photographs, images, text or other material that you choose to add to a poster.
Profile photos used by the profile-photo feature are cropped and stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions and licenses for any third-party image, photograph, logo, text, music or other material that you add to content created using the App.
You are also responsible for the content you create and share using the App.
Share Quote does not currently provide a public platform for users to publish posts, comments, profiles or other user-generated content for other Share Quote users to browse.
Content you create using the poster tools generally remains on your device unless you choose to download it, use it as wallpaper or share it through another application.
Share Quote may allow you to share or export content through applications such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or other third-party platforms.
Once you share content with another platform, that platform may collect, store, modify, distribute or otherwise process the content according to its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not control third-party platforms or their handling of content after you choose to share it.
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the platform you choose to use.
The Share Quote software, application design, branding, logos, original artwork, poster themes, templates, backgrounds, interface elements, databases, curation and other materials created or owned by Share Quote are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted by these Terms or by us in writing, you may not:
Using Share Quote to create or share a poster does not transfer ownership of Share Quote's underlying software, artwork, templates, backgrounds or branding to you.
Share Quote provides quotes and related content for informational, inspirational and entertainment purposes.
Where known and reasonably available, we attempt to attribute quotations to their authors or sources.
However, quotation attribution can sometimes be disputed, incomplete, incorrectly reproduced or incorrectly attributed in sources available to us.
We do not guarantee that every quote is accurately attributed to its original author.
If you believe that a quote has been incorrectly attributed or that content available through Share Quote infringes your rights, please contact us.

We will review valid complaints and may remove, restrict or modify access to relevant content where appropriate.
Share Quote provides a reporting mechanism for content that you believe is inappropriate, incorrectly attributed or otherwise objectionable.
When submitting a report, you may select a reason and optionally provide additional information.
We may review reports and, where appropriate, remove content, correct attribution, restrict access or take other action.
You agree not to:
We may disregard reports that are abusive, fraudulent, repetitive or clearly made in bad faith.
You agree to use Share Quote only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We do not control the content of individual advertisements. The appearance of an advertisement does not constitute our endorsement of the advertiser, product or service.
Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, consent choices, device settings and applicable law.
Share Quote relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase and Google AdMob.

Third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control the independent practices, availability or policies of third-party services.
When you share content with another application or service, that third party's terms and policies apply to your subsequent use of that service.
We aim to keep Share Quote available and functional, but we do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

Nothing in the App is intended to constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Share Quote.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App or another reasonable method.
If you continue using Share Quote after revised Terms become effective, the revised Terms may apply to your continued use where permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights or other legal rights that cannot be excluded, disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory legal protections available to you under applicable law.
