Share Quote ("Share Quote", "we", "us", or "our") is developed and operated by an independent individual developer.
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Share Quote collects, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you.
Share Quote is designed to be guest-first. There is no sign-up, password, phone number or real email address required to use the App.
Your saved quotes, preferences and other app activity are associated with a pseudonymous installation identifier rather than an account identified by your real-world name.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Share Quote mobile application and related services operated by us.
Depending on where you live and how you use Share Quote, additional privacy rights may apply to you under applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Share Quote does not require you to create a traditional user account.
To recognize your installation and keep your likes, saved quotes, collections and preferences consistent between sessions, we use a pseudonymous installation identifier.
Although this identifier does not directly contain your name, phone number or email address, it may be treated as personal data under applicable privacy laws where it can be associated with information relating to you.
Our database was designed so that optional sign-in could be supported in the future. As a result, a guest record may contain an internal placeholder identifier in an email-shaped format such as:

This is not a real email address, is not a functioning mailbox, is not used to contact you, and is not your personal email address. Nothing is sent to this address.
Google Sign-In is not currently available in Share Quote.

AdMob may use the Android Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device information and advertising interaction information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and related purposes.
You may be able to reset or delete your Advertising ID or manage advertising personalization through Android and Google settings. The exact settings path may vary depending on your Android version and device.
Share Quote does not use GPS or precise location to serve advertisements.

When you use Share Quote's sharing features to send a poster, image or other content to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or another third-party platform, that content leaves Share Quote.

Similarly, when you save an image to your device or set it as wallpaper, the relevant Android or device functionality may process the content according to the applicable platform's behavior and policies.
Share Quote and our service providers may process personal data in countries other than the country in which you live.
For example, third-party service providers such as Google and infrastructure providers may operate data centers, support operations or other processing activities in multiple countries.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal data, we will rely on an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law.
Your Share Quote preferences and activity are stored on our servers against your pseudonymous installation identifier rather than your real-world identity.
